For not just multiple tubas, but also multiple orchestras and choruses check out
Havergal Brians "Gothic" Symphony. If I am not mistaken, it is the guiness book
record holder for largest orcestration of a symphonic work.
Also, Mr. Prokofiev wrote a tune called Ivan the Terrible that has a HUGE two tuba soli section in it.
