hey folks,
i was wondering if someone knew the name of the tuba player in this recording i have. it is of Ma Vlast by Bedrich Smetana. The group playing it is the israel philharmonic orchestra and the conductor is Zubin Mehta. the date of the recording is 1991. i was curious because the sound is simply amazing. it's like a huge wall and is very pure. if you have never heard the recording i highly recommend it. it's not that much of a tuba part but the recording itself is great. if anyone knows who this mysterious player is, please let me know. thanks.
