As far as trebel clef etudes, I have found the "Pasquale Bona for Rhythmical
Articulation" Method's book (pub. Carl Fischer) to be quite helpful. He does make a bass clef book,
however the treble clef book is very good to use not only for their wonderful melodies,
but also as a transposing exercise.
Down in the bass clef, two wonderful books are the "Etudes for Tuba-Walter Sears,"
(Cor Pub. Company), I believe there are two volumes. The second book is the
"Bower Murphy Advanced Etudes," put together by Constance Weldon. It is published by
Charles Colon and very hard to find.
Good luck to you on your quest.
