I am one of five tuba players in the Bloomington Community Band (Indiana), and on Monday, the 1st, we played this piece of music in rehearsal. It is a very nice piece, but will take awhile to get worked up. Although it looks easy at first glance, it is a tough piece to play musically. It even has a great tuba part as the melody gets passed around from section to section.
