I've played 3 Kalisons. 2 of them I liked, 1 I didn't. A student of my dad's just bought a new Kalison and man, that is a really good playing horn. We checked it with the tuner, and there were no big problems. However, there was one that I played this past summer that was really stuffy, and jut an all around not-so-good horn. I guess if you get a kalison, play it first. Of course, you should play any horn before you buy it. Good luck,
