A direct link to your pieces is a great idea, if possible. Another thing that would help would be some kind of level rating. I play in some community bands, and I,m trying to convince some of the people in charge that in those weeks (and months) when the snowbirds aren't here, we could do some smaller group pieces. But I'm not a very good tuba player yet. With my limited range, I'd like to know what I'm getting into. Optional Eb and C parts (for purchase of course) would help too. But your original point is well taken. You need to get paid for your work, and not returning E-mail is not businesslike. Dave Siegfried.
