Amen Sean, the LA planets has all the tuba and balls you want but there is not much beauty in all of it. This of course is only one guys opinion, not out to affend anyone. Having said that, of the recordings I personally own I will go with either the Boston/Steinberg or the Montreal/Dutoit. Both are very musical in comparison to the pre-mentioned version.
