Tuba exchange claims to provide them on an on-order basis, but charges a good 50% more than Tony does(Vince quoted me 5 figures for the PCM about a year and a half ago.. and also stressed the no-return policy, as it was a "custom" horn). Not only does Tony provide them at a GREAT price(doing the math, his asking price is about the same as it would cost to order straight from D. Klein-Horst, but without the hassle of international shipping, currency exchange, customs fees, etc), but he also stocks them, so you can taste the horn before making a purchase.
