A fast-fast version (but maybe not the most thorough one) is simply this:
Take the main tuning slide out of your instrument (if it's located after the valve cluster, that is), take the showerhead off your shower. Then place the shower 'tube' so that it connects with your leadpipe and shower away. When the goo has stopped coming out, start wiggeling the valves until all the goo has come out of theer as well.

You can of course du it more thoroughly, but that requires a LOT more work. As long as you keep your valves in a good and clean condition, this should be enough most of the time.
