Try contacting Dave Gannett since he recorded it on his "Tubas from Hell" CD. He mentions in the liner notes that the composer is Anonymous (who I believe also penned
"Die Bankelsangerlieder!) and that Dave made some changes in his arrangement. He might be able to provide you with the music or steer you towards the publisher. I have no idea where to reach him.
