I've never seen one, except for Fred Young's double tuba. What would be the point? A five-valved instrument already plays lower than most players can make use of and certainly lower than the repertoire needs. The additional valve might provides one or two valve combinations that are superior to what you'd get with five valves, but would it be worth the cost?

Dr. Young's seven-valve double tuba is a special case, in that it is designed to play nearly all notes with only one or two valves depressed. In return for that benefit, one has to deal with an extremely large and complicated instrument, though no doubt Dr. Young is correct that had other players shown interest in the concept, the producers might have found means of solving those problems.
