Boosey and Hawkes still make compensating F tubas? This is news to me. Unlike Alexander, who seems willing to do custom work on demand, Besson doesn't seem a likely source for one-of-a-kind instruments, and the Barlow-style F tuba, compensated or not, has not been in production at least as far back as the early 60's. My source for this is Cliff Bevan, who in his latest book included a one-page table showing all known remaining examples of the Boosey (etc.) orchestral F tubas.
