I did see one at the last Army Band Tuba-Euph conference I attended (I believe that was Jan of 2000). I cannot remember for the life of me which exhibitor was displaying it. All I remember is that I was not permitted to play it and that it looked like the most STUFFED space of tubing I have ever seen in an instrument.
Did you want one just for collecting? Or to actually use? I've heard they are very un-wieldy instruments..
