Out of pure curiosity, I was wondering if Joseph Horovitz wrote the euph concerto in mind for both bassoon and euph or originally just for euph and then later made it for bassoon too. Was it his original intention to make it for euph? What was the inspiration for writing the concerto?Who did he study composition with? Why all the style changes? THanks
