I don't know of a German music fake book but I have found the folios titled Hungry Five in Germany and Heine's Happy Five to be very good for a small combo. These march sized books are scored for one trumpet, two clarinets, one trombone, and one tuba. The last I remember, at lease the Hungry Five in Germany is still in print and available from a publishing house in Florida for about $10 a set.
