This was my primary Dixie horn until a couple of years ago. I 'retired' it when I came across a King bell-front horn. It's a great playing horn and the only complaint I ever had with is it that being an Eb, the tubing wrap is a little too small for my size frame. It has a 23" bell. The serial number is 48376, indicating it was made in 1962. The valves are good. There is a little discoloration on the edge of the bell and the horns shows no signs of repair except for a couple of resoldered braces. The horn is lacquered brass. Some minor dents as one might expect from a 40 year old horn. There is a picture of the horn (and me) at http://members.evansville.net/dschultz. $325 plus freight from Evansville, Indiana. Throw in an additional $20 for an old silver King neck if you don't have one. No case.
