If you look hard enough, it can be found. Thanks to eBay, I was the winner of an auction that won me a CD recording that contains The Ride, Prelude to Act 1 of Tristan, Gott. Funeral Music, Forest Murmurs AND excerpts from Prok. Romeo and Juliet. 2 LPs on one CD. I can't say that any part of it is any karat gold, but its a great CD. Check your used cd haunts. Check eBay.

After buying Gerald Sloans guide to Orchestral Low Brass Recordings, I have been on the hunt for all the ones worth investigating printed inside, including the Wagner/Prokofiev by L.A. and many others, I'm pretty close to finishing my list. What a project its been.
