Daron Hagen's "Concerto for Brass Quintet" and Jim Self's "Three 4 Five" both call for the trombonist to switch to euphonium in one of their movements. The old Robert King quintet arrangements also call for euphonium (baritone) as part of the intended scoring, but replacing the tuba rather than the trombone. Can't think of anything else off the top of my head.
