Just another reminder....Tubafest(tm) here at Western Michigan University will be this Sunday, OcTUBA 26 starting with registration at 1:00pm.
Brian Frederiksen will be here showing his Arnold Jacobs presentations. These things are really neat, for lack of a better word! A great history lesson for all of us, as well as a playing lesson!
Be sure to bring your instrument for the mass ensemble conducted by Bob Whaley (who taught tuba/euph at WMU for 35 years!)...yet more great history lessons.
There is a $5 registration fee for all participants. The revenue will go toward future Tubafests(tm) at WMU...and we've been doing this here for 27 years!
