I'd start with something like David Werden's Good Cheer collection--some very nice and not difficult arrangments. Another good source is the Roger Vaughan "Santa's Favorites" collection (published by Cimarron). The trick here with collections is to avoid too much duplication. Have a look at Wind Music Plus's collection of TE 4tet music; they might have something that catches your fancy.

David Grosvenor (now living in York) did a book of easy carol arrangements for TE back in 1990 when he was a student at the university here in Eugene that we still use our Tuba Carol Concert. Perhaps if you looked him up, he might be able resurrect a copy or two, though I believe he's now involved with recorder music. If he doesn't have a copy lying about, have him drop me a line and I'll get one to you.
