What does your teacher suggest? Honestly, this isn't something that diagnoses well over the internet.

This is not intended to be insulting or smart(AT)$$ in any way so if it doesn't apply to you please just ignore it. You get what you pay for. :b

However, my suspicion is that your air leakage is only a sympton of other larger issues rather than a minor issue unto itself that needs to be isolated and 'fixed'. A good teacher can guide you here. Things to consider: Is my flexibility the absolute best it could be? Does my sound change in different registers? Could it be a better sound? Can I turn a beautiful phrase and shape each note into their own unique statement that fits into the larger whole? By the time you are able to answer these questions in a positive way I suspect the air leakage will have long been forgotten.

My opinion for what it's worth.

Good luck!!
Joseph
