With the addition of a Conn-Helleberg mouthpice I can now play over more than three
ocataves on the horn. The valves are wonderful, the horn is responsive, and plays
nicely in tune with use of the fourth valve near D in the middle of the staff.
I did not know, having only played student horns, that a horn could play so well.
If I don't sound like Sheridan et al, it is me who is to blame. The horn is great.
