I would say so. USC, I'm guessing So. Cal right? or is it South Carolina..? But yes, I think 3.0 is a very good GPA, something I would be proud of. If the music department is indeed looking for what you offer to them (in other words, if they find you as an invaluable asset *snicker Snicker*), then yeah, no worries. Music Departments can certainly persaude admissions. Good luck!
