I just drove through there yesterday...admittedly the first time my car tires were ever in West Virginia. (My actual feet still haven't been there.)
From their orchestra's website, it looks like playing tuba there is a nice little supplimentary per-service job.
The only college in town seems to be a Jesuit school with no music program. Does someone drive over from Pittsburgh to do those services? ... ' looks to be an approx. $3K/year job for a tuba player.
It's a BEAUTIFUL town!
