I have an Eb, 4 piston valve Weltklang tuba. It plays in tune with good intonation, though the metal is thinner than on my B +H Imperial. Mine is light, really a 3/4 size. The valves are noisy--that is my only complaint. I could change the felts and that would help some. If you ever find out if the caps can be changed through B + S to make them quieter, let me know.
The resale value is not very high, as I have noticed.
