Like I said in my posting below referring to eupho intonation, the single greatest thing I did to get my eupho chops back was to do plenty of Bordogni studies on the eupho mpc, using a piano for pitch reference. Once I was happy with my progress on the mpc, I then played them on my horn. The work you put on a eupho isn't wasted when moving back to the tuba. After picking the eupho up again, my high register on tuba has never been better!

When I was getting back into eupho, I really stuck to the basics for the first month, doing heaps of long tones, scales, easy studies. Remember, don't try to walk unless you can crawl first, good luck!

PS - For all you other tuba/eupho doublers out there, have you ever noticed how EASY a eupho is to play articulation and technique wise compared to the larger beast?
