I had a bad experience with Pro-Tec. The bag was designed well enough, but the D-Rings were not strong enough to support the weight of the bag. The broke easily. In addition the D-Rings were not welded before they were sewn into the bag. This causes the D-Rings to spread apart, and slip off of the bag. It is also impossible to weld the D-Rings once they have been placed on the bag because this will melt the nylon. It was also not possible to open the flaps, and sew an already-welded D-Ring onto it. I was miserable with this bag. My advice is to get an Altieri bag.
