Iigo Iigo is available.....in fact I have a copy. Even in the high-tech days, things sometimes move slowly. A website isn't going to be updated every time a new piece is available. Email the Finnish Music Center and they will send you a copy.
As for the other pieces on the program, Bernel Music is a good place to start as they are the official distributers for the conference.
