Toby Hanks did a recording several years ago. It's GREAT!!! It's my favorite tuba ensemble ever. As for the timing, I think it's about 6 to 7 minutes long, depanding on how fast you take it. By the way, Heanks doeas some really cool Cadenzas that are fun to lift.
Try Tap music for the recording. If they don't have it, I don't know who can help you, maybe Toby himself.
