The Ferree's Z60/ Z61 combination is the best bet for a really dented tuba bell. The huge bells present more of a challenge, and the Ferree's Dent machine is the next best thing to putting the bell back on the original forming mandrel, which would be an extremely rare opportunity. The Ferree's rocket roller is also heavy-duty enough to do some very limited tuba bell work. With that, and their "Tuba dent ball", you can accomplish a lot. Best of luck!
