I have also experienced that problem as well. It has gotten better but still happens now and again. I figure it is more a result of tension than the position, but it NEVER happens with the front valve horns. Maybe the tension is better hidden on those, but that is another subject. As for orchestra playing, have you given the Wilson a try? Wasn't for me but then I was searching for a different sound than I got from it?
