Friends, I just received two WONDERFUL instruments from Philip Alexander. One is a BBb, 4 valve. It is larger than a Mirafone 186 with an .807 bore with a 17 3/4" bell. It has a big beautiful sound with an open, freeblowing low register. The list price on this is $7091 and I can sell it for $5723. The second is a 6-valve F tuba, brass with goldbrass leadpipe. This instrument has a beautiful sound, that glorious Alexander sound that hasn't been available for quite some time. The list price on this instrument is $8600 and I can sell it for $6639.
