Play both if you can. Both are great for an audition, but for different reasons, Marcello for technique and Prokofiev (which is actually an arrangement not tuba excepts) for pure musicality. Play what you feel makes you sound your best. Playing the Prokofiev alone though for an audition might leave the people doing the audition wanting more technique. Plus what you are auditioning for might help determine which. If for an orchestra seat then Prokofiev would be perfect. Just thoughts, Archie
