Mr. Koenig stopped in Dillon Music a few years ago. He started talking about the Corn Coblers and Steve Dillon knew of them. At which point Steve produced a photograph of them and Mr. Koenig signed it for us. He donated a horn to his old Alma Mater and had us overhaul it for him. Sorry to say it wasn't the one in the picture.
Mr. Koenig passed away about a year or two ago. He had some geat stories. The one I remember the most is how Spike Jones thought he was sitting unrecognized in the audience. Low and behold, Spike Jone's group was doing similar skits. Well that's the way I remember the story going. Matt
