This topic comes up from time to time, but I'm not aware that anyone's mentioned that the full score for the Kling "L'éléphant et la mouche" (The Elephant and the Fly") is available as a Finale file at the website below.
This arrangement was done by L.P. Laurendeau for the Huntington Beach Concert Band and has been assigned to the public domain. I was kind of surprised to find it on a page that deals with clarinet music...
