That is a great way to show respect and appreiciation to those working to recover those who are missing. And also to pay your respects to those who have perished. I'm sure this act lifted the spirits of those around, and those working. Even we musicians can underestimate what effect music can have on the people around us. So I am sure that you, and your group accomplished much more than what you thought you would.
Even those rescue workers need to have someone to fall back on. Its good to hear that someone is giving them what they need.
