I'd try WD-40. I use it to get sticker goo, tar, all kinds of stuff off of cars. If no one here comes up with a workable solution, call someone who sells or works on fiberglass boats. They have to get all kinds of stickers off of fiberglass, so they're bound to know a few tricks.
