Euphonium and BBb tuba fingerings are basically shifted 1 octave. Whatever you've been doing on euphonium you can do the same way on BBb tuba. Except that you finger the tuba with the fingering you would use for the same note 1 octave higher on the euphonium.
Or put another way, you can play the tuba with the same fingering as the euphonium but the note will be 1 octave lower.
There can be some differences if you're talking about a 3 valve tuba vs a 4 valve euph, etc, but as a starting point you should be fine.
