Somewhere between the mouthpiece and the bell, remove 25 inches of tubing. And remove a similar percentage (about 11%) from each valve loop.

Everything else you have to make up as you go. You would prefer to remove straight tubing, but you have to leave enough tuning slide so that the horn is still practical. Any that you remove from the tapered branches will require retapering them.
