Where do you live? sounds like sort of a bigger problem, which would demand your going to a qualified teacher to help you. At least for your own "self made cure" allways remember to keep the air flowing steadily, during notes to ensure propper sound quality, before notes to ensure good and clean articulation, at the end of notes to keep the sound going after the note has ended and between notes (with reverse direction of breathing) to get fresh air very relaxedly.
