Buzzing noise on 3rd valve

I have a problem with my third valve. Whenever the valve is pushed all the way down, a high buzzing noise comes out of the bell with the note. I have tried everything I can think of, and I still have no idea how to make it stop. I switched the first and the third valves, and then the sound came when the first valve was pressed. The only thing I can think of is the valve vent is causing an air leak, but I don't have any way of testing that. Has anyone else had this problem?
