Gronitz has made full double tubas for many, many years. I have not actually seen one in F/CC or F/H (This would be the tritonus double equivalent to the single tritonus which many players like). Perhaps you could get Dietrich Kleine-horst to make one for you.
In my own case I have been thinking of asking him to make a full double euphonium but have not been able to settle on the best design. Because the valves are so much smaller on the euph there are more possibilities in design extending to a double belled one which would be the equivalent of a descant double French horn (only better because both of the different horns would have there own leadpipes and bells).
