The Website you're referring to was most like Eugene Anderson's "Anderson's Arizona Originals", which, as far as I know, no longer exists. He used the tuba clef in his Concerto in B minor, which I thought just made the music more difficult to read(great concerto, though!). A search through the BBS archives may or may not yield some contact information for Eugene.
