College benefits are transferable in the reserves should you move to another state, but not so in the National Guard.
Ask about enlistment bonuses for shortage instruments.
You can complete one or more college degrees, no matter where you get stationed.
Don't worry about the physical training, because it is one of the great benefits, along with jump school (parachuting from C-31s etc) and air assault school (rapelling from helicopters).
