Looking for suggestions on practice materials for euphonium (bass or treble clef) to build skills for rhythmically challenging pieces.
The band I am in is playing Postcard by Frank Tichelli, and every measure has a time signature change, 6/8 -> 3/4 -> 7/8 -> 5/8 -> 2/4 ->5/8, etc. with a few 4/4, 8/8 and 3/8 thrown in for good measure, and lots of counterposition. All at a tempo of quarter = 160.
