Yes, all of the courses at the University of R. are offered to Eastman students (some with "permission of instructor", obviously) but (as I stated)

for music performance majors, time in the four-year schedule is allotted for only a very few non-music courses, rather than the majority of courses being non-major - as in a typical university program.

I'm quite sure this tangent is delightfully helpful (and incredibly interesting) to the parent.
