Yes, your facts are correct, and you are reinforcing my point...unless you wish to argue that English and Economics degrees were major contributing factors contributing to Joe Robinson in earning his job as Principal Oboist in the New York Philharmonic.

Mr. Robinson's musical educational creditials (as you've surely already found) simply are listed as having studied with "this" top pro and "that" top pro, etc...kinda like my suggested course of study. hmmm...Perhaps it really works (?).

...Although it was admittedly presumptious of me, I took the liberties of assuming that the aspiring son of the Parent may not be the genius that is Joe Robinson. I guess I was assuming that the son might more resemble "somewhat average", as do I.
