At a conference, one of the reps for Jupiter said they are thinking of making an entry level CC similiar to their 582 series. He couldn't predict if it would be a 4v or 5v tuba. If it plays as nice as their BBb, this could be the answer for students needing a 4/4 horn at a good price. BTW, their new 482 3/4 BBb has moved up on my list for small BBb's for middle school use over the Weril. It comes with a case and is about $24K at WWBW.
