I read stuff here about 52J "quality control" issues, etc. These reports may well be true. That doesn't matter to me, because I won't be buying one. All I know is that "THE" 52J that I played (with a very critical and skeptical ear) - again - kicked *ss.
I have other superb equipment and do not need to buy a 52J, but that doesn't keep me from thinking very fondly of it.
