I thought that the Buescher would make a decent player, and had planned to add a 4th side valve to it, so I'd have matching Eb and BBb tubas. But, I bid up to $400.00, which is all I thought it was worth in its present condition. I sure was not going to pay $700.00 or more for it. I refuse to get into "bidding fever".
